User Centered Design

Software is designed for people. Without an intimate understanding of the people for whom you are designing software, it is impossible to know if the design is effective in helping people complete their tasks.

By including the user in every step of the design process, the designer gains important information that contributes to making informed design decisions.

By focusing on the user everything else falls into place.

This portfolio contains examples of projects over the past ten years of my career. All of the projects employed user centered design methods.
